Arlington Community Church is more than a name, it really defines who we are.
In Micah 6:8, the Lord speaks through the prophet, saying, “He has showed you,
O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”

ACTING JUSTLY (Arlington) – Through regular prayer for the County and ongoing involvement in serving those who have need, the ACC congregation is dedicated to help provide health and strength in Arlington.

LOVING MERCY (Community) – The “new commandment” that Jesus gave was to love one another as He has loved us.  We seek to do this by showing genuine love and care (through practical service) to neighbors and one another.  This creates an inextricable link to the “great commission” given by Jesus in Matthew 28:18-20 and Acts 1:8.

WALKING HUMBLY WITH GOD (Church) – Our worship of God is filled with praise, gratitude and humility because we have done nothing to save ourselves, remove our sin or be reconciled to God.  It is only through Jesus Christ that we receive the grace, mercy and forgiveness necessary for such reconciliation.  By faith in Christ alone, we become children of God, indwelled by His Holy Spirit, and called His Church.
